I highly recommend swinging by Tattersall Distilling when you have a chance. I will admit it was a little difficult to find, but hey, that seems to be the trend with breweries and distilleries these days. I liked that there was something for everyone on the cocktail menu: gin, vodka, bourbon and even non-alcoholic options like craft sodas and mocktails. I tried the ‘Humdinger’ on my last visit and would definitely get it again. It’s a vodka-based cocktail with hints of strawberry, grapefruit, balsamic and rosewater. It was fantastic—sweet and fruity with a bright, floral splash.
I also loved the vibe of the cocktail room. I am a huge fan of the mismatched lounge chairs and comfy leather couches, and the gorgeous chandelier hanging above the bar. It seems like a place that you could hang out at for hours. Just don’t forget to take a break from the cocktails and grab something to eat at the food truck parked out back. // www.tattersalldistilling.com
