I can’t think of a better place to enjoy the peak colors of fall than at the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum. If you haven’t been there yet, you are missing out! During peak colors, the entire arboretum is lit up by the fiery orange and red leaves and the prairies are awash with russet-hued grasses. Go hike on the trails or explore the gardens and sculptures located along the five-mile drive. Don’t miss the whimsical LEGO sculptures located around the gardens surrounding the visitor’s center. The fun, nature-themed sculptures were created by the award-winning artist Sean Kenney and will be on display until the end of the year. // www.arboretum.umn.edu
